- Scope
These Terms apply to all users who utilize the moving services offered by Gurgaon Movers, located in Gurgaon, India, and operating PAN India. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
- Services
Gurgaon Movers provides a range of moving services, which may include packing, loading, transportation, and unloading. The specific services provided will be determined by the service package selected by the customer.
- User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself and your moving requirements
- Promptly update your information if there are any changes
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules while using our services
- Treat our employees and representatives with respect and courtesy
- Payment
You agree to pay for the services provided by Gurgaon Movers in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided in your service agreement. Payment must be made in full prior to the completion of the move unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your move, you must notify us in writing at least [number of days] days before the scheduled moving date. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy detailed in the service agreement.
- Liability
Gurgaon Movers will take reasonable care to ensure that your items are moved safely and without damage. However, we will not be responsible for:
- Any damage resulting from the customer’s failure to properly pack items
- Damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, road conditions, or mechanical failure
- Damage to items that are inherently susceptible to damage during transit, such as fragile items, electronics, or antiques
- Insurance
Customers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for their belongings during the move. Gurgaon Movers does not provide insurance coverage for customer items and assumes no liability for loss or damage to items during the moving process.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services or relating to these Terms will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
- Changes to Terms of Use
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services, without any prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

All content, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property rights associated with Gurgaon Movers and our services are the property of Gurgaon Movers or its licensors.
